In the nineteenth century, economists made the distinction between the entrepreneur who operate and the one who provides resources, the capitalist. Perhaps this classification has been inspired by quite widespread patronage during the Renaissance. A similar classification is necessary now, but using a different criterion: the relationship of economic action with the state budget. Thus, it can highlight several categories of individuals acting economically.
